Commercial New Construction
Residential Renovations
Commerical Tenant Improvements- Written Three (3) Year Workmanship Warranty on all completed projects.
Residential Air-Conditioning Service
Commercial Air-Conditioning Service
Electrical or HVAC Service Call or Repair- Written One (1) Year Workmanship Warranty on all completed work.
Automotive Air-Conditioning Service
- Written Six (6) Month Workmanship Warranty on all completed work.

- Service Call $75.00 (LA County) covers trip charge, troubleshooting, and up to two (2) hours of labor, parts extra.

- 15% Discount on any services rendered.
- Service Call $55.00 Covers trip charge, troubleshooting, and up to two (2) hours of labor, parts extra. All parts will be at cost plus 5% or supplied by church member.
- $100 Off New Service panel upgrade.
- $50.00 Off new installation of six (6) or more 6" recessed incandescent can lights.

Warranty Disclaimer
In no event shall CA Electrical Services (CAES) be held legally liable for any wiring performed by previous contractors, and/or owner employees (i.e. maintenance personnel). CAES shall inform client/client representative of all faulty wiring, worn and/or damaged parts, and/or Building Code volations. If client/client representative elects not to have CAES correct the faulty wiring, worn and/or damaged parts, and/or Building Code violations, client/client representative agrees not to hold CAES and/or any of it's representatives responsible for any and all damages, whether incidental or consequential, caused by said faulty wiring, worn and/or damaged parts, and/or Building Code violations. Furthermore, any and all customer supplied hardware, software, devices, materials, parts, lamps, equipment, and/or fixtures will not be guaranteed. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
