• This price includes all necessary materials and labor to install a receptacle outlet up to twenty (20) feet from nearest power source. This price also covers any (indoor only) drywall patching (no painting).

• This price includes: four (4) 6" recessed incandescent can lights with lamps & standard trims controlled by (1) rocker switch (dimmer switch extra). Up to six (6) 15 amp receptacles, and all necessary electrical permits and/or city licenses (if electrical permits are already pulled by homeowner, subtract $300.00 from prices stated above). 

  $120.00 Labor plus $11.00 per pound for refrigerant, usually 4 to 7 pounds depending on unit.

Service includes:

• Install new valve cores.

• Check system for leak(s).

• Remove old refrigerant (if applicable).

• Evacuate system.

• Recheck system for leak(s).

• After no leak(s) are found or leak(s) are repaired, Recharge system with new coolant.

• Test Air-Conditioning system and check air temperature.

$150.00 for a (365) day period.

Service Contract includes:

• Quarterly standard air filter replacement.

• Bi-annual system check.

• Annual condenser check and coil cleaning.

• Initial electrical system check.

• 50% discount on "Air-Conditioning System Service" if needed within (365) day service contract period. 50% discount on "Heating System Service Call" if needed within (365) day service contract period. Discount applies to both labor and refrigerant.

$1,650.00 for a surface mounted overhead feed 200 amp service panel.

$1,950.00 for a semi-flush mounted overhead feed 200 amp service panel.

$1,800.00 for a semi-flush mounted underground feed 200 amp service panel.

• This price includes new 200 amp service panel, circuit breakers, service riser, weather head, all necessary mounting materials, and a new grounding system. All labor, electrical permits and city licenses are included in this price.

• Any equipment rentals (temporary power poles, etc.) that is required by southern california edison are not included. Converting the existing service panel to a sub-panel and relocating your new service is not included. Materials and labor will be extra.

• All additional charges will be made in writing and approved prior to work start-up. If electrical permits have already been pulled by the homeowner or owner/builder, subtract $300.00 from the prices stated above.
